Renewal Programme’s Youth Club member Tomiwa has been elected the eleventh Young Mayor of Newham.
Elected with 1,387 votes, the fourteen-year-old is currently a student at Kingsford Community School in Beckton. During his time in office, Tomiwa wants to introduce events throughout the year to celebrate diversity and to showcase young people’s talents. Congratulations Tomi!
