Big News: Our New Look
Welcome to a new look for the Renewal Programme – we hope you like it.
Following our 50th anniversary milestone last year, we’ve launched a fresh brand to herald a new era for the charity, with a brand new logo, mission, vision, and values.
For over 50 years, the Renewal Programme has lived out our values of promoting dignity, inclusion, collaboration, and empowerment in the Newham community. Since the charity was founded in 1971, we have been committed to standing alongside those who struggle, inspiring hope and offering opportunities for connection, growth and progress. Despite the everchanging landscape around us, our approach and determination to help create fairer, more vibrant and integrated Newham communities remains as strong as ever, however, we thought it was time we had a freshen up of our branding.
With design input from our staff team, volunteers and service users, our new logo is modern and vibrant, depicting a welcome for all and a process of ongoing reflection and growth. Our outgoing logo served us well for many years, and we have paid tribute by keeping the main colour scheme, however a re-fresh was certainly overdue, especially given the unfortunate similarities between our old logo and the coronavirus.
The Renewal Programme’s CEO, Peter Laing, says “this rebrand comes at a time when, to survive and thrive going forward, we must remain actively hopeful. We must focus our efforts to become more intentional, courageous, innovative, skilful, and determined to stand shoulder to shoulder with those most in need Newham. We are incredibly proud of our history and the milestones we have achieved.”
