We at the Renewal Programme support and empower our Newham community through a variety of different projects. One of our most longstanding projects is Supported Housing. As our Supported Housing buildings are not located at our main HQ, things are often too busy to share our updates and recent progress
Yesterday our marketing team had the pleasure of visiting the housing team and seeing how our Housing Support Manager, Jubada, has been settling in. Since Paul left at the end of April, Delia has been working hard to hold down the fort! We want to give a big thank you to the whole of the Housing Support team for their continuous hard work. Since Jubada started with the Renewal Programme, there have been a lot of new changes, and many more are in the works!
During August, our Housing Support team hosted two barbecues for staff and residents to enjoy. It was a lovely time all around!
We would also love to give a big warm welcome to Almir and Peter, our new day and night concierge officers! Thank you for jumping right into your new roles and helping the team to liven up the building spaces!
There is still so much more to come with renovating, the communal spaces, Streetwise Opera, football teams, and cooking lessons. We can’t wait to see the big changes coming as our Supported Housing team continues their work to ensure that the residents can feel at home. We will be sure to keep up with our upcoming housing updates.
