Gardening Update #6
Now the weather is improving (although today feels slightly colder…where’s the sun?!), we’re really looking forward to being able to enjoy our Supported Housing garden that our volunteers have worked so hard on creating.
In this week’s update, our volunteers and residents have mowed the lawn, as well as watering all potted plants and beds. Weeds were removed from the shrubbery and a new plant – called Honesty, that blooms in Autumn – was planted, alongside some new yellow Welsh Poppies.
Below you can see some pictures of bluebells and herb roberts starting to sprout.
